Solid State is a Lorain/Cleveland based Contemporary Jazz and R&B group that
plays mostly catchy originals and carefully selected music from artists like
Bill Withers, Paul McCartney, and Stevie Wonder (music, no singing). The group first got together in the 90’s and quickly gained popularity, playing many events and venues, including opening for the Average White Band at The Odeon. After a long hiatus and a couple of member changes.  The group is back together and better than ever. The talents of Doug Johns on Bass, Eric Mack on Keys, Utah Witherspoon on Sax, Travis Payton on Drums, Rafael Guzman on Percussion and Junior Gonzalez on
