Dance and movement improve the mental and physical well-being of a person. It focuses on the connection between the mind and body to promote health and healing. By combining music and movement, we will:
• reduce stress
• improve mobility and muscle coordination
• improve relationships with others
• gain an outlet for communicating feelings
• build self-confidence.
   Dance and movement can be used in a variety of settings for people who have social, emotional, cognitive, or physical concerns. Through dance, people can identify and express their emotions, develop a more positive body image, and decrease isolation and depression. Dance can help people stay physically fit and enjoy the pleasure of creating rhythmic motions with their bodies. Our instructors work with both individuals and groups
